Check-in
Hotel het Oude Raadhuis is a small hotel with nine rooms, which means that we work with a small team. This is why we chose for a hands-free check-in. What does that mean? When you booked a room in our hotel, you will receive the following info:
- Confirmation email
- Check-in information (24 hours before arrival)
In this email we explain everything about how you can check in at our hotel. You don’t need a phone for this, we have a digital lock with a code.
Staff
Is our staff never present? We certainly are, we work every day and we are happy to welcome you for breakfast. Britt (our hotel manager) lives in a private area in the Hotel together with her partner Pepijn.
We will be available when service is desired, you only have to call the telephone number provided.
Accessibility
Due to the monumental status of the building, the hotel is not accessible for wheelchairs, there is no elevator and the Tower Rooms are unfortunately not suitable for the elderly and disabled.
