Practical information
Check-in
Hotel het Oude Raadhuis is a small hotel with nine rooms, which means that we work with a small team. This is why we chose for a hands-free check-in. What does that mean? When you booked a room in our hotel, you will receive the following info:
- Confirmation email
- Check-in information (24 hours before arrival)
In this email we explain everything about how you can check in at our hotel. You don’t need a phone for this, we have a digital lock with a code.
Staff
Is our staff never present? Certainly they are. We are working every day and are ready to assist you. Because we are a small-scale and personal hotel, there is not always someone physically present on site. This allows us the flexibility to do our work efficiently and carefully.
We are always reachable. If you need assistance during your stay, you can call us at +31 6 19106718, and we will make sure you are helped as quickly as possible.
Accessibility
Due to the building’s listed (monumental) status, the hotel is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. There is no elevator, and all rooms can only be reached by stairs.
The Tower Rooms are located on the top floor and are therefore not suitable for elderly guests or guests with reduced mobility.
